Definitely make your list. Your list is important. But use it as a starting point. Buyers who can prioritize have the most success. It’s important to remember what is something you CANNOT live without and something that might just be cool to have.

For example, you can switch the countertops or the paint color. But you can’t move your street or the fact you would have to commute 3 hours if you lived here. Skip the listings that are in the wrong location, but why not check out the ones with the wrong carpet? Maybe the one thing you’d enjoy more is being able to make it your own.
